Return & Refund Policy – Freetown Store


At Freetown Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Return Eligibility


You may return an item if:


-The item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect, OR


-The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition


-The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order


-The item is returned in its original packaging, including tags and accessories


We do not accept returns for:


-Items that have been worn, used, or washed


-Items damaged by the customer


-Discounted or clearance items (unless damaged or wrong item)


-Personal-use items (if applicable, e.g., underwear, cosmetics, etc.)


2. How to Request a Return


To request a return:


-Contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.


Provide:


-Your order number


-Clear photos of the item (especially if damaged or incorrect)


-Wait for return approval and instructions from our team.


-Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


3. Return Shipping


-If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged, or defective), we will cover the return cost.


-If the return is for any other reason, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Shipping fees are non-refundable.


4. Refunds


Once we receive and inspect the returned item:


We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days.


Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase (where possible).


If this is not possible, we may offer:


Store credit, or


Another agreed payment method.


5. Late or Missing Refunds


-If you haven’t received your refund:


-Check your bank or payment account again.


-Contact your payment provider — processing times may vary.


-If you still have issues, contact us for assistance.


6. Exchanges


We only replace items if they are:


-Defective


-Damaged


-Incorrect item sent


If you need an exchange, contact us with photos and your order number.


7. Order Cancellations


Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped. Once shipped, the order falls under the return policy.
